SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small business creating bespoke accessories for your pups. Please allow up to 7 days turn around time to create and send out your new accessories. All of our orders are sent out with Royal Mail Standard Delivery at a first class service.
OUR RETURN POLICY
As our items are all personally handmade, we currently do not accept returns of items. If you believe your item is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us.
MISSING ORDERS
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen orders. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Otherwise, if you believe your order is lost or stolen, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly.
PRODUCT CARE POLICY
The Pom Pooch decorative wool collars are a fashion statement piece. Please ensure you remove collars from your pup before rough or muddy play. Always ensure that your dog is not left unattended whilst wearing collars due to small wool parts as these are not for consumption. You are liable for the safety of your pet.
These collars are designed to fit comfortably & loosely so that if your dog should need to, they can easily wriggle free.

All collars are made from elastic, as hardy as they can be, they can still snap/break if over stretched due to their material. Unfortunately these things can happen & is out of our hands so please be careful!

Please note that like all human accessories, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their pup to wear.
